A fixed rate loan calculator allowing different payments set on specific dates. This app allows you to calculate fixed rate loans to visualize interest paid and the loan payoff date. Add a loan with a length of months or years, set your initial payment, then name the loan to save it. You can select a loan from the Home Screen to edit a loan. From the Edit Loan screen you can add payments for specific months, delete payments, rename the loan, or select the loan to see an amortization table. On the Home Screen you'll be able to view a summary of all your loans combined with each loan's payoff date. Features - Calculate a fixed rate loan to view interest paid and loan payoff date - Add custom payments for your loan (Either monthly or one time payments) - View an amortization table for a loan - View the totals summed for each loan - View a concise list displaying when each loan will be paid off - View a graph of payments and loan balance by month From the Home Screen: - Select a loan to navigate to the Edit Payments Screen. - Select the bar chart button to navigate to the payment and balance charts - Select the table button to navigate to the amortization screen - Select the minus button to delete a loan - Select the plus button to create a loan - Select the information button to read descriptions of the information displayed From the Edit Payments Screen: - Select the add button to add a monthly/one time payment for specific dates to see how this will change how much they pay on the loan. - Select the delete button to delete a payment - Select a loan to view the amortization table - Select the Rename button to rename the loan.
