It’s so bad
It frequently crashes, doesn’t let you upload documents, it’s just a poor app.
IT issues a nightmare
Guys can you please do something about your app? It’s a nightmare to use and often isn’t accessible I have deleted it n am trying to reinstall n it’s nit working so I can’t do my banking !!! it’s the only way I can access my details it’s just not ok in this era that we are having issues with such a poor quality app. I can’t recommend yiur loans n services to my friends because of this and I really believe in your organisation such a pity …

Doesn’t work at all
App literally doesn’t work - you can’t login (does nothing), deleting and re-installing also doesn’t fix it. Latest iPhone with latest iOS. Shame.
Issues constant
My sent items don’t appear in sent messages. So I don’t know if they have sent.

Doesn’t work
App logged in first time. Never been able to log in since. Login details are correct but it goes nowhere.
Constantly it crashes
Every time I try to log in it won’t let me, so I have to delete the app every time.
Glitchy and doesn’t let you login
I’ve only been able to successfully login to the app once and this was only after I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Everytime I put my password in, it just keeps me on the login page and nothing happens. Seems very glitchy which is a shame because the overall functions and usability of the app is nice and easy.

Hard to use, login rarely works

Same problems as other users logged in first time but subsequently when I try to log back in says I have to reset password. Also I can never get reset code very poor and frustrating.
Rubbish
The app let me log in once and only once, even then it was clunky to use.
After that it just spins “logging in...” and then returns to the login screen.
Please employ some developers and testers that know what they’re doing...

Incorrect login information
I don't know why the system often told me that the login information was incorrect so I have to reset my password again and again. What is worse, I cannot receive the reset email now! Even cannot do this on website. Can anyone help me to fix it?
Fix method
If you want it to work on your iPhone, delete the app and then reinstall.

Only thing I could criticise about the about was the messenger part to the app.
Would be better if they were in some sort of an order.
