Disappointed
I ordered a ring and a necklace separately as a matching set. This was to be a gift for 2 family friends whose mom and best friend tragically passed away. (The jewelry had her birthstone) The website stated that due to high order volume it may take up to 10 days to process my order. Those 10 days were approaching so I emailed them and stated that I was frustrated my order wasn’t even processed yet when I paid over $100 for these two items. They responded back saying that it may take even longer than 10 days to fulfill my order. With the anniversary date of her death coming up I needed these items by a specific date. I let them know that if the order was still not processed in a week I’d like to cancel and get a refund. They just went ahead and cancelled the necklace order but sent the ring so now I have half a gift to give. I never asked for an immediate refund, I just wanted my items shipped. I emailed them several times about this mix up stating that I still wanted the necklace and was unsure why they refunded because I said if it was not shipped by the end of the following week I wanted a refund- never that I just wanted a refund. They have ignored all my messages stating that I did not want to cancel and need the necklace in order to properly give the gift. I actually really liked their jewelry but after this I will never ever buy from them again. All I wanted was a gift for my friends and they cancelled it and ignored me.

Disappointed there is no option to zoom on the Images to get a better look at the items.
Favourite Features don’t work or load
I can’t access my favourites on the app or add anything either. Renders the app useless for me as this was the main reason I installed

App is not working properly
For some reason you are no longer able to save your favorites through the app. It’s also hard to search for items and categories on the app. And even as I’m typing this review through the app, the words are completely white and I cannot see what I’m typing. Hopefully the predictive text is making sense.

Love Local Eclectic, app could be improved!
I’m a huge fan of Local Eclectic and have been buying their pieces for years, so I was super excited to see their app! While I’m happy to support the app, I am hoping that the app allowed for filters the way the web does, i.e., filtering for ring size, color, gold vs silver, etc.

Shipping is ridiculous.
Why would you set shipping at $150 but price all your items right below $150? I don’t know any store that does this. Ridiculous.

I absolutely love Local Eclectic. It has so many unique pieces at affordable prices. I especially love their exclusive family gold line. The best is that they have fast shipping to Canada! Hands down my favourite place to buy jewelry.
App needs improvement
I love Local Eclectic’s jewelry pieces and the vast selection they have, however, the app is not functional. I cannot favorite any pieces to save them— it will not let me add them to a favorites list at all. If I want to save it for later, I have to add it to my cart. I also cannot make a favorites list to begin with. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded to see if that fixed the issues, and it did not. It’s recent update didn’t fix it either. These issues need to be worked on for sure.

I’ve picked up a few things from other stores but the quality of items the availability the different items you can find here are really quite charming and different from what you find in other stores and apps.It has become my fav place to dream and plan gifts for the girls! Love the app but could use improvement
I love how clean the app interface is but I still prefer the website. The app currently does not allow users to filter anything (size, stone, metal, etc) which makes shopping a bit more difficult if you can’t filter out. I wear a size 3/4 ring and it would just be nice to see which options I have to shop for. Please consider adding filters in the app!

Don’t waste your time!
After spending all day finally choosing the items that I wanted and that my daughter wanted I’ll go through the process and order and as soon as I do I realize it didn’t give me my 10% off for my first time purchase so I wrote an email to local eclectic beth Kobayashi stating that I didn’t receive my 10% off and within literally two minutes later my account is flagged for fraud aunt it is said that it is flagged and they take security very seriously and that now my order has been marked as fraudulent and has been canceled. The greatest part is give them seven days to refund me back my money. What the hellThis is the worst app ever so now I can’t even get my money back for a week to get my daughters present for her birthday thank you local eclectic
