Total Fail
This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. After previously setting up my account and locking my Equifax report, I haven’t been able to log in since. The app never responds after using credentials and attempting to log in. It’s absolute garbage.
Why retiring?
This app is simple it does one thing and one thing well, now you are forcing me to go to a lame web site :/

Usefulness ending
The app was useful while it lasted but I’ll be useless after March 26, 2026. The greed is amazing.
Why a new app
Just tried this and after talking to support had to move to myequafax???
White blank screen
After downloading this app it has an white blank screen after you press open to view the app I guess my credit will stay frozen because I can’t even get on the Home Screen and the same with Equifax don’t waste your time it’s very frustrating
Great app 5 stars
It’s simple easy to use. You can lock your report and unlock your report. It gives you Alerts right away. I don’t understand why this app doesn’t have five stars. I really don’t.
Still Junk
I’m joining the crowd—unable to login. The telephone login to lift a credit freeze doesn’t work either! Leads me through a maze…then just goes silent. I’m done with Equifax.
Pain in the Neck
Signing in to this app has proved to be a real pain!

App literally does not function, enter my login info and then the app just sits there, absolutely nothing happens.

Doesn’t Work!
This app has a major defect…it won’t let me log in. I can log in on their website using the exact same user name and password, so I do not have those in error. Until this app is fixed same time and frustration and skip using it. Instead go to the Equifax web page to login.
Horrible, don’t use
I have this app on both my phone and iPad. No matter what I do this app will not work for me. It will not open. I agree with everybody else. My username and password are accurate. My email address is accurate. But it just sits there doing nothing. And yes, I have the latest version of it. Don’t bother to use this app.

Can’t log in!
I don’t understand why this can’t be done in the my.Expedia app. I’ve tried logging in and creating an account multiple times and it errors out every single time! So painful!
Awful App
Very limited functions, not easy to login and navigate.
Worst app on my phone
I entirely agree with other reviewers. Poor execution of a rather simple task. Let Amazon take it over.
Trash
Same as everyone else. Can’t get past the first page. Keep getting Recaptcha error. App is trash just like the website too. Terrible garbage.
CAPTCHA ERROR!!!
I can’t sign up because I input all the data, and then get a Captcha error, which won’t fix. There is no way to proceed. I see from previous reviews this is a KNOWN issue they aren’t fixing.
Seriously
So after downloading this app and trying to use it, I find out that we are required to make a separate account to log into something that we already have an account for why would you make it so that we have to create a separate account to use something we already have an account for that makes as much sense as trying to squeeze milk out of a Bull. The Experian and Trans Union apps are so more advanced than the whole Equifax platform.

Used to be reliable
This app was great. Did what it was supposed to. No frills. Just a good clean easy simple process and UI. No longer. Furthermore there is no one to contact both customer service numbers are saying they are disconnected…
