Frequent freezes on white screen, hard to get keyboard to login, glitchy

While attempting to get information about adding additional people to the account this gives me no way to to this. No help whatsoever or contacting a live representative for assistance.

Download it made an account then says i don’t have a life lock subscription i havent even had the chance to view the all yet confirmed my email still wont allow me to
App needs work
The coverage is good but trying to access your account is like pulling a tooth. The app screen on iPad is narrow with small screen in which one is trying to maneuver, not helpful. Also in trying to relink a social media account no keyboard appears so not able to type a password so unable to re link. Also no place to plug in a vehicle and plate number for coverage.
