Spammy App
Constant notifications notifying me of stuff I don’t need to be notified about. Does not pick up on common transactions and will notify you of “unusual activity” even though you’ve had the same transaction every couple weeks for years. Totally not worth it.

Left behind with no support! My phone can’t update to version 17, so don’t take my fees unless you fix this!
This app hardly ever works.
Anytime I need to login this app rarely works properly. It’s a joke! When I try to login in from the website it keeps directing me to the app which doesn’t work right. Might be time for me to cancel life lock all together.
Minus 4 stars for alert fatigue
You will get non stop useless alerts. I have yet to receive an alert that was important. When you move , update the address in your profile, you still get non stop alerts of the address change with banks and credit cards when it’s same address in your account. The service is important , but non stop useless alerts never stop. It’s like turning on a security camera in home and walking around. The useless alerts are non stop.

App is unstable and difficult to log into.
The app takes forever to log into and many times it errors out completely requiring me to enter my login info again. Once in the app the alert page most always produces an error message. When I cancel the alert message error the alert page then shows up.

Financial Notification
It great to know what you paid for is working. However when I get a text and click on link, it’s just buffers for 30 seconds and then goes to a did you make this transaction.
Getting worse
Doesn’t remember face identification or pin. Slow to connect. No help from Norton. Won’t be renewing.
Barely above average - no native app for iPad
In 2026, which Serious company releases an iPhone native app for iPad? Not Norton. Try reading the notifications on iPad in the inconvenient iPhone native look. Terrible. On the performance side, it is annoying that this app/system can’t learn patterns of spending. Getting a notification for EVERY credit card activity has rendered this app useless for me. The engineers need to provide an option to set limits for these operations - Above certain spend level ($100 or $500… whatever the user risk level is). I stop using this app altogether.

Adding accounts
Cannot add credit card or other bank accounts without getting errors. Very frustrating. What’s the point of this app if it doesn’t work.

Can’t see it to preform any action! Too compressed and unable to expand on iPhone and iPad operating iOS 26.5.2!!
Not Optimal
1) days Application promises to use Face ID for two factor authentication, but frequently forgets and causes you to login with multi factor authentication regardless.
2) it seems to be unable to spot recurring trends for Bill payment over a certain transaction amount. Every time you pay a bill it triggers and asks if you paid it. You would think it would have an algorithm to be able to track what’s a monthly recurring bill versus an abnormal expenditure
3) I pay for the service yearly and it’s not due for another 10 months. I frequently get alerts saying my credit card is about ready to expire and my support may be suspended. I owe nothing until next year so you would think an agentic model would be able to factor that into its messaging.

All I can say is I will not renew for another year. Credits cards become disconnect constantly & human support is nearly non existent.
