While attempting to get information about adding additional people to the account this gives me no way to to this. No help whatsoever or contacting a live representative for assistance.

Download it made an account then says i don’t have a life lock subscription i havent even had the chance to view the all yet confirmed my email still wont allow me to
App needs work
The coverage is good but trying to access your account is like pulling a tooth. The app screen on iPad is narrow with small screen in which one is trying to maneuver, not helpful. Also in trying to relink a social media account no keyboard appears so not able to type a password so unable to re link. Also no place to plug in a vehicle and plate number for coverage.

Malfunction
Hey. Whenever I go into your App for about the last 6-8 weeks or longer, it shuts off the meditation I’m listening to.

This app is terrible. It is not user friendly. It won’t even let me update my address. You try to call and it won’t let you do that. You end up in a virtual chat and they give you an unrelated link. Just awful.
No real value
The basic function of this app is to let you know when it’s too late. They do nothing to help you while it’s happening, they do not help restore anything after it happens, and they do nothing to prevent it from happening. They send you an email to let you know you’re screwed.
Users of iPhone 8
I think it's horrible that you stopped users of iPhone 8 from accessing your app. I should not have to buy another phone just to be able to use your product.
Horrible Login
This app is horrible when it comes to trying to login. Every time I try to login it won’t take my password then I have to reset it and then it tells me I’ve had too many login attempts if it can even find me the first time. You don’t have any problem finding me when you want to alert me in the app 20 times a day or send me 20 emails a day. Fix the login.

Very skeptical of these claims however, after using my USCCA (free) membership perk and giving this is try, I am very pleased with the results this far
Broken links
I keep getting tons of bad links when clicking for certain things. Support is terrible. You wait forever then if you take 5 seconds to respond they disconnect chat. I signed up today and cancelled today. Terrible to use.
