Updating information
Norton sucks. I got a message to update my account and when I tried the system wouldn’t let me. I followed all instructions and still it won’t let me update.

Version no longer supported
This really gripes me when I am forced to upgrade my phone because application versions are no longer supported.
Why the branding change?
I really like this app. What I don't like is the branding color change from yellow to green. It appears too quiet. LifeLock broke something that wasn't broken. I also wonder why the Norton VPN app was downloaded to my iPhone when the Norton 360 app has the VPN feature built into it already. Seems redundant.

Lack of crital info
The app does not have a way to find out when my subscription expires. when going to the chat it tells me to go to a page that does not exist.
I like the LifeLock. Just not the re-up without notice.

Mobile App Issues
If you’re expecting a fully functioning mobile app, you will be seriously disappointed. LifeLock mobile app continues to have issues with support chat. Both AI agent and human agent chat windows cut off pieces of text repeatedly, making it impossible to send a coherent message. There are also issues with the notifications for data broker activity. The app redirects to a page for removal request but all of the links are broken. All of this is ongoing and unaddressed. The app performance is a foundational failure is unacceptable.

Lifelock misleads you
I tried changing my Lifelock app to the new style since they said I can change back at any time. That is not possible at least from all the resources I have used to change back. I do not like the new style at all!

This is one of the most confusing apps that I have ever encountered. They have me going in circles. I was in a chat with them for an hour before they told me that I had to call…….
The mobile app has a few problems
Every time I tell the app to trust my device and I enable face recognition it never works! Why have those options when it doesn’t work?

Since the latest update, the app does not work at all.
No help for lost wallet
I was on vacation and lost my wallet. I immediately came to LifeLock app looking for them to help with cancellation of cards, lost Driver’s License, Insurance cards and social security card. What I found was of no help all it did was tell me what to do myself. Needless to say I had to call every one and inform them of the loss.
I was hoping that seeing all my stuff is in LifeLock they would be able to lock everything down for me.
This giving me time to contact banks and credit companies. Especially seeing this happened on Labor Day and all banks are closed.
Will not be renewing.
