This app has never worked for me, I deposited $200 and then it started saying my state isn’t a legal gambling state… I’m in Arizona with no gambling restrictions. After I complained to get my money back, the app now refuses to load on my phone. I get a spinning wheel of death that says checking app version infinitely… I’d give this zero stars if I could, I want my money back

Just downloaded this app and I have been stuck on the loading screen for some time now and kept on restarting the app and I’m still on the loading screen.

@PlayLockerLive just pull the rug on the industry? They sponsored a #SFB14 contest (among others) with a $10,000 prize pool and seemingly hid all of their contests without paying out.
Money not giving after withdrawal
Ok so on 2/16/2025 I won a 4 man bet on college basketball won $1 to $10 I withdrew the money to my account and usually it takes 30 mins to 2 hours it’s been 4 days now and my money or no email back from the company on what happened I thought this app was good but nope it is not

Was about to win $600 when all of the sudden it said no longer available in Ohio and I couldn’t access app. Customer service said it was an error and they would fix it but never did. Then they conveniently fixed it post regular season and kept my money. Made it look like I never paid or played.

Basically they control all the picks and will only allow for the most ridiculous collection of picks that always never can parlay. It’s actually a smart way to just scam dumb people. They only allow bets they want you to have. Anything favorable at all to the bettor is not allowed. Avoid this app. It’s designed 100% for you to lose.

As shown in the pictures they claim if you use code “Lock” you get a match up to $100 and they didn’t give a single cent in promo funds. Scam

Please avoid this app and company at all costs. They refused to pay me out after a statistical mistake. Customer service was not helpful at all and eventually stopped responding. They steal and everyone should know this.

The app is good because you can can bet however much you want but not being able to bet on basketball is weird
