Terrible
Worst app and reservation service of all time. Customer support is nonexistent. They will screw up all of your bookings. You will put in a lot of work and lose money.
Great for multi-property management — but missing the financial tools that were promised
I’ve been using Lodgify Professional for my 3 short-term rental properties and overall it’s a solid platform. It handles the core things I need well — calendar syncing, direct bookings, guest messaging, and the website/booking engine are clean and reliable. For a self-managed operation with a handful of units, it does most of what I need day-to-day.
That said, I was disappointed with the financial reporting. The Professional plan is advertised as including financial tools, but what’s actually available falls short of what I expected. Basic reporting is there, but the deeper financials (clear profit/loss views, better expense tracking, or more useful reports for a multi-property setup) just aren’t delivered at the level the plan marketing suggests.

I really enjoy Lodgify. We have four luxury STR’s (owner operators), two our luxe, two featured in Condé Nast… and we use Lodgify. Like it much better than other competitors such as HostAway.
Slow and not able to read
It took so long see the app is dancing and not show the content. And the fonts is so small and not easy to read. No good experience. Hood it can improve

I have used many booking managing apps, Lodgify is by far the best.
Better but need improvement
Most features function on app but some need desktop to get to details. Need to be able to display holidays and make highlights and notes in the calendar. Eg. Cleaners charge extra for Stat holidays and I want to remind myself so I have to option to block dates if there is a check out or check in on a holiday so I don’t pay triple time.

Such a let down.
Sadly, Lodgify decided to spend all their resources on a lame new brand design instead of fixing the countless bugs and making the actual product better. Don’t get so deeply entrenched in this product that you’re stuck with it like me.
Trash Company
Do not waste your time with this trash company! They did an update in 2026 and the platform doesn’t work correctly at all. They care more about logo design than proper functionality. They did not provide the services I paid for and I purchased the ultimate plan. They then refused to refund my money after acknowledging they have platform workflow issues. Messaging being sent at the wrong times, scheduled welcome messages for unbooked customers, channel connection issues, customer reviews not showing after they leave them, subpar website design. They just send messages back saying their team is working on it and then they never do. There are a lot of issues now in 2026 and reviews are showing it. Do yourself a favor and find a professional STR management platform. They bait and switch and Lodgify is not the #1 PM platform. The only reason I chose them was the direct booking website which is very lacking in design functionality. You can do better and cheaper outside of Lodgify.

Critical sync failure left guests stranded do not trust
Absolutely terrible experience. I use Lodgify to manage multiple vacation rental channels, but their system completely failed to sync a Vrbo reservation to the calendar. Because of this critical glitch, guests arrived at an uncleaned unit after a long trip, completely blindsided. A property management software has one primary job: accurate calendar syncing. If it cannot do that reliably, it is completely useless and actively damages a business's reputation. Avoid this platform if you manage multiple channels.

Can’t see the booked days
It’s hard to see the booked days on the calendar, there’s no contrast
What happened to reports?
The app used to be a solid 3.5 due to its missing parity with the website and even though it’s not 100% the same, their most recent update has made it run way faster than before and def worth using on a regular basis. Keep up the good work!
Please stop redesigning the app
It was already hard enough to navigate and remember where everything is. The redesign was unnecessary and just serves to confuse

DO NOT USE THIS
It will cost you 100x what the subscription costs. It’s absolute trash. It just cost me two peak week bookings because it doesn’t work. Whoever runs this thing is a total moron. If you invested in this trash your money is already gone. I may sue these idiots for total incompetence.
Technical issues and more
Half the time nothing works and support acts like it’s my issue. Stuck because I can’t get a refund for my annual subscription. Definitely wish I started with a monthly subscription instead of accepting a discount for the annual subscription
Love Lodgify!
I had Guesty before, Lodgify is a lot more tech friendly and the website is beautiful. They have a lot of integrations and everything is pretty easy to set up!
Do Not Integrate your properties with Lodgify
I am glad I don’t have a large portfolio. My luxe properties and hands-on service are not a match for this basic calendar synching program. I do not recommend using this to manage listings on OTA properties. The syncing just isn’t sophisticated enough. For example, if you want to list on VRBO — you can’t enact their Damage Insurance, so if you want to get a security deposit in lieu, it’s a different payment system. I understand why that’s the case, but it’s more straightforward to manage that directly in VRBO.

Constant glitches
This app is so annoying. There’s always glitches and it doesn’t load all the details for my reservation as times . Also some of the features don’t work like messages and blocking off dates. It’s really frustrating. Use a different platform

Can’t do anything from my mobile. App doesn’t load just circles and circles. It’s a time waster if I have to use my desktop all the time. Definitely not convenient. Not sure if recommend this app or its application 😡
