Hoy es 05/07 mi suscripción se renueva el 11/07 . Quiero cancelar y no mi dejan . Cómo puedo hacerlo o qué procede ?

O app é bom, mas a assinatura é cara e eles simplesmente não tem um front amigável pra cancelar no próprio app e não respondem o e-mail de suporte.
