Amazing Composter
I just got the Lomi 3 after using Lomi 1 for 3 years and it is amazing! It’s so much quieter and the WiFi function is actually helpful compared to other machines that have WiFi capabilities. You can control it from your app and see the impact you’re having on the environment.

We have recently purchased our Lomi. The whole process from purchase to our current use has exceeded our expectations.
Not consistent
Logs me out. Says can’t connect to my Lomi sometimes. And gives inaccurate timing on how much longer it will be to finish a cycle. It was stuck saying 9 hours left for hours when it was already finished.
App is useless now if you use larger size font
The app is only designed to use with regular font size. I have the font size enlarged. Because the app was not designed to accept larger font, the display is enlarged with parts of the screen missing because that part is “off screen”. I wrote to Lomi asking about this. The recommendation was to change the font size back to normal when using the app, but that is not acceptable.
The app was useable but inconvenient until the latest update. It now has the option to pause a cycle BUT if you want to cancel the cycle, the button to cancel the cycle is off screen.
Poor design of app. Lomi has been around for a few years so I would have expected this error in design to be corrected by now. Instead the app has gotten worse with the last update. In this day and age, apps shouldn’t have this problem (and most my apps don’t have a problem)
Please fix this Lomi.

Stuck waiting for an App update
I haven’t been able to use the app for over six months. The Lumi app is telling me I need an app update, but even trying to remove the app and reinstall from the App Store on the latest release. I still get the message that I need an app update.
Will not update app
Completely useless because I can no longer access the app. No way to update it to make it compatible with the iPhone update.

We are loving our Lomi which was a Christmas gift - didn’t set it up for a while and wish we hadn’t waited. It was so easy to do and the whole process is fascinating and empowering!

Can’t Sync app to my iPhone 15
Have tried numerous times to no avail and since customer support has been totally useless with resolving this issue I would NEVER recommend that anyone purchase a Lomi.
Making my Fridge a Better Place
My guilt due to food waste has disappeared since Lomi joined our family! Our fridge is tidier sooner and our cupboards now only hold fresh foods, those borderline products are now off to a better purpose! Love this little machine making the world a better place!
