The app has annoying ads, so I couldn't use it without seeing them. I used to get a 10% discount for parking my car through the old app; now that's all gone. Change should always make improvement, not ruin things. In this way, they are going to charge people to get money for the app without adds.

Prefer the old app where had everything on it now only has departure and arrivals the only way you can see all the duty free and places to eat is to go online on google and go on the actual website

I get you have to monetise but restricted feature and ads + if I was in a hurry to get flight info . Bad UX

App features are locked behind paywalls and they spam you with ads. Just get the free official Gatwick app, it has everything you need.

Terrible app masquerading as official
Don’t use this app. It’s awful. Information wrong and not updated. I only downloaded it by mistake. And lots of bugs Get the official Gatwick app. Not this faulty
Not working
Very disappointed in this App. Not sure it is working unlike the Heathrow App which is easy and quick to use. With Gatwick App, cannot search for flight either landing or departing irrespective of what airport/city they are coming from and no way of putting in the date which I would have thought would have been the first step. Putting in no search information at all fails to yield a result. It is hopeless. Have deleted it several times and reinstated it and the result is always the same - there isn’t any result. Sort it out.

Very helpful one you have entered the flight details and number info is displayed on your phone v txt message very helpful if your in a car

Living near the airport it adds an added interest knowing where planes have been or are going.
