User reviews

Actually useful for ME/CFS pacing

**Finally found something useful for chronic fatigue and pacing**

When I first started looking for something like PaceTank, I didn't even know the right terms to search for. I just knew I was dealing with chronic fatigue, very limited energy, and legs that seemed to run out of battery after activity. Searching for fatigue or energy tracking didn't lead me to many useful tools.

PaceTank has become a really useful reference for managing those symptoms and understanding pacing with ME/CFS. It gives me an easy way to look at my energy use, activity and flare-ups and better understand the patterns that can lead to PEM (post-exertional malaise) and the push-crash cycle.

I especially like being able to use health and activity data to help judge my available energy rather than relying entirely on how I feel at that moment. If you're dealing with chronic fatigue, activity intolerance, Long COVID, ME/CFS, POTS, or you're simply trying to understand why physical activity seems to drain your energy so quickly, this app is worth looking at.

What has impressed me just as much as the app is the developer. I've contacted him with questions and concerns and he has been incredibly responsive — not just replying, but actually listening to the feedback and making updates to address it. That level of support is rare and makes me very comfortable recommending the app.
