Pointless
App has stopped allowing us to watch videos of motion detected. It is now pointless for us to have these as we won’t be able to look back and watch if something where to occur on them.
App is not good
Cameras will not connect to phone or iPad a lot, the app needs a major overhaul and update the camera’s record but can’t playback the recordings. This app needs a major overhaul and fix asap!
No support
App worked fine for a year or so then just stopped connecting to cameras. Tried reinstalling and different iPhones but it didn’t help. Reached out for support a few times and no response.
THE WORST APP
Do not download this app for your camera. When there's a problem, nobody responds to you. All of a sudden my live streaming stopped and I reinstalled it and I've done everything I possibly can and still it won't come back. It is the absolutely worst app ever.
Camera will not work if updated
After a firmware update camera will not work. Someone needs to sort this. That’s why I’m not paying for cloud service. The units are useless on updates from the app. Very disappointed
Camera Visual Issues
I don’t know what updates or changes were made since last week. But my camera isn’t visible unless something is detected then I have to go into the cloud service to see anything. What is going on with the app???

Optimal for a year
Was a great camera setup until after 1 year stop connecting to camera even after uninstalling and reinstalling app and cameras. Don’t know if it a defect but after 1 year stop connecting to your phone. Update needed.

Would be great if it worked all the time
Multiple times I cannot use the live feed but can see video under cloud service. This happens too frequently rendering the app useless for me to monitor real time

App started crashing out of nowhere
I’ve been using this for a year & now it won’t load my cameras and it keeps crashing when I try to add the camera back after deleting and reinstalling the app

The cameras I have seem to be reasonably ok other than the sound quality and it is garbage.
The App completely garbage. Rarely connects. When it does and you try and review videos it crashes all the time or freezes. I have high speed fiber internet so that is not the problem. There has been multiple times the cameras have lost connection and had to be reconnected. After about a day or 2 of notifications they stop unless I open the app which will not load much of anything. The search begins for a new app to hopefully connect to these cameras if not the whole system will be gone.
