Difficult to use
Poorly designed app. Very difficult to use. Main intention is to sell tickets and stuff rather than provide a service for ticket holders. Finding bought tickets is a nightmare. The app is so bad it’s enough to put you off going. Where has good old fashioned customer service gone? Lords has done a very poor job here

Why can’t cricket sort out these apps?
Every cricket fixture seems to make life way over complex for people who actually buy tickets. I really think paper tickets were much easier. Why not just use Apple or Google wallet instead of the complete nonsense we have to go through to actually get the tickets we paid for months ago
Unnecessary and awful
This ‘upgrade’ to the ticketing system is the most unnecessary and over-complicated exercise I’ve come across anywhere. Far, far too difficult to transfer tickets - which I have bought with a lot of my money - to the people who need them. Needs a big re-think. I suggest engaging a six-year old for the re-design.

Tickets disappearing
Clunky. Tickets did not appear so had to go to the ticket office before the day’s play.
Cricket is complicated enough already
App in this case stands for appalling. A hideous unhelpful unnecessarily complicated infuriating heap of nonsense. In these days when tests are often finished in 3 days, the average time it takes to use this app must be more than the duration of the match.
Does not work
The app gets stuck in a continual authorisation doom loop, continually linking to the main Lord’s website to repeatedly log in; it doesn’t recognise tickets that have been distributed to you; it can’t download the Lords Premium membership QR code. The support email address just replies “sorry, we know it doesn’t work”.

Poor, very poor
Awful
For some reason it has asked me to reset my password as I haven’t used the app since February. Then it is impossible to do that. No email received to reset despite repeated requests. Left high and dry at the moment.
Hours wasted trying to be sent my ticket
My friend has bought me a Lords ticket and sent me instructions to enable him to forward it to me. Apparently it needs a “three word code” but the button to “reveal” this doesn’t appear for me. My husband has also tried in vain. This will necessitate help from Lords and several people have spent hours in what should be straight forward.

Where are my tickets!
Since updating - no access to tickets….. support says they are there…. No, they are not. Terrible customer experience
Can’t login
No matter how I try to login in the app just doesn’t let me get to the login screen. Just acts as a button press then does nothing.

Just updated login as instructed in email. App will not let me login at all.

Since the last update and the recent changes for changing passwords, unable to access the app to log in ! All I get is service is unable ! Emailed the help email so many times and no response ! So no longer can access the app so it’s useless now and poor support from MCC !!

Frustrating App
The app says my tickets are available online. They are not online. I cannot find any information or anyone to email or phone.
Doesn’t support Apple Wallet
Very user unfriendly to make you download a different app for each sporting venue or entertainment venue you visit.
Improvement needed
This app is still unacceptably poor. Members should be able to access tickets through one simple link in one step.

What a rubbish app
A friend offered me a ticket and tried to transfer via the App which I had uploaded and logged into earlier. Result after an hour of trying I could not download the ticket. User unfriendly. Unfortunately I think tickets are now issued on via the App. What a total faff!
