Good lil camera
This camera needs to have more time prior to trigger I find the the event doesn't start at beginning kinda gets the tail end of the event rather then the entire thing ! Update I have 3 now and my internet speed is better so it seems are the cameras… would recommend !
Notifications
This fails to be a genuine security system if it doesn’t give any alerts as to what you have it monitoring. Like many Lorex customers, I’ve had and loved my system for years. Ufortunately, it seems it’s time to upgrade somewhere else as this company will not resolve the constant issues.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I’m frustrated. I’ve had my system for 7 years and have been pretty satisfied with it. Occasionally notifications didn’t work, I’d call and it would go back to notifying. It’s now been a month and two ticket numbers later with no resolution. All they tell me is that they are working on it. My system is working. The app is not as far as notifications! I have to check the app to see if something is going on outside. People are at my door and I had no clue anyone was outside! I’m not the only one with this issue yet they can’t seem to fix it. Google it! There are tons of folk with the same issue yet they won’t fix it. Today they tell me my system has been discontinued, yet my system is perfectly fine. The app is the issue. Lorex you have to do better.

Notifications
I don’t get any notifications being sent to my iPhone AGAIN!! It was working fine few weeks ago now it doesn’t. I’ve powered off the system, checked my wifi and took battery packs all out of the camera. Uninstalled iPhone app and reinstalled all cameras. I’m still not receiving any notifications being pushed. I’ve had this system since 2011. I’ll be looking for another camera system that won’t give me any issues. This happens often. What’s the point of having a nice expensive system when this occurs all the time.

Happy but......
Happy Overall but seems the app didn't account for the leap year, date and time is right on main system but my motion notifications has been Having the next days date, this started in the 29th of February and notification On that day was 1 March. So when I clicked on motion notification it would show no video. Been on the phone with lorex for over 2 hours and they think it's the system when in fact I know it's the app. I can still use it and overall happy, maybe the right motion date will kick in some day lol

No notifications
I’ve been using these cameras for a few years back in the spring I lost all notifications after 3 weeks I started to receive them again and now I’m experiencing the same thing for the last 3 weeks. Please fix the app, as I owe 2 systems. Error code (-1004) when trying to set notifications on in the app.

Advanced product with User Friendly Features.
This wireless camera system provides commercial level features and optics at an affordable price. I am a 21 year veteran in the electronic security business ( I work for the government ) and I use this system for one of my personal properties. The range is great and the night vision on the cameras is EXCELLENT. The mobile app is intuitive and feature rich. I highly recommend this system for your residential or business needs.
