Great App for a Fan
Fairly user friendly. They always have up to date content. Anything you want to know about the schedule or in season records are all within the app. It’s fun to be able to flip through the player and coaching roster. My main frustration with the app is that it ‘times out’ or reloads almost every time you open it. If you are watching a video or listening to a podcast, you have to screenshot what minute you are at. Because next time you open the app to finish the video, it completely refreshes. Very frustrating if you don’t remember where you are at and it happens multiple times with some of their longer video content!

I don’t understand the score updates alert setting for this app. You get a KICKOFF alert, a score alert after each quarter ends but no final score alert??? And no score updates when someone scores??? What’s the point??
Unable to receive tickets
It’s been about a month now that I purchased my tickets and have not been able to add them to my apple wallet /or view them correctly on this app!
Halftime fail.
What happened?!?! No one around me was successful.
Utterly Useless App
The Rams app is utterly useless. Can’t access tickets to view, use or transfer. I really don’t understand how out of tens of thousands of season ticket holders paying thousands per year they cannot figure out the most basic function of an app for a sports team, people to be able to access and use their tickets.
I ended up accessing them via the mobile web, which is just pathetic.

Terrible app
All that money and can’t host a functional app. I get an error every time I try to access my tickets and have to go through the browser instead.
Don’t forget the 5x times I’m asked to sign in every time I try to do anything with my account. What a waste…

Season Tickets
My season tickets haven’t been loading on the app for weeks it says “something went wrong” suggestions on what I should do?

Update the app
It still has announcements from 2021 on the page and the instagram page told me to come here for “updated news and alerts” this is absolute bogus. If you have an app at least manage it well. I will NOT be using this app again. I don’t suggest you download if you want outdated announcements and roster lists.

Awful for Ticket Management
Literally every time I try to list my tickets for sale I get an error message. After multiple attempts over days it will then randomly work but if I try to edit that listing I get another error message. This has been so frustrating, trying to edit my listing price for tomorrows game and error, error, error… I can’t even cancel my listing and transfer my tickets to a friend or charity. Have deleted and downloaded the app multiple times, nothing. Between this and the Game Day experience, I’m better off cheering for my Rams from my couch!!

Makes Game Days More Fun
Every Sunday (Or Monday/Thursday) I am always really excited to look at the rams app and see what they have posted. Every game, they do a Loteria which is basically bingo where you need a five things to happen in the game that are on your Loteria sheet. (But they must be in a row!) If you achieve that, you can win rams gear along with memorabilia that you couldn’t find anywhere else. There is also a fun pick’em where you can pick the outcome of the rams game and more! I can’t believe that this is all for free! They also post rams wallpapers that aren’t just Google images. These are made differently and they look so cool! I have a whole folder in my phone with all the rams wallpapers. If I could give this a 100 star rating, I would.

App No longer works on older phones
It’s ridiculous that I can no longer access my mobile tickets because this Rams app requires an update that cannot be accessed with an older phone. This needs to be fixed. It is not logical to require mobile phone only tickets and not allow people with older phones to use the app. Please reverse this upgrade.
