Love it

Just what I needed for my practice. At random moments in the day you get a gentle reminder and a message of choice if you pay the me five dollars for this. And if you don’t, you’ll get another helpful message to pay attention to the moment that you’re in which is the only moment you will ever get for the rest of your life.

This app changed my life

Outstanding app - instantly purchased the cheap pro version to say thanks. Clean, unobtrusive and helpful throughout the day. Sharing with all my friends!

So soothing!

This app was exactly what I didn’t know I needed. So helpful and soothing throughout my day

Pleasant reminder

I have tried a lot of ways to remind myself to stay mindful throughout the day, but this has been by far the easiest to set up. I love that it shuts off during Do Not Disturb time. The sound for the notification is pleasant. I saw this on a Therapy in a Nutshell video on youtube for nervous system regulation. Thanks for this great app!

Useful but it just turns itself off for no reason

I find the randomly timed messages very useful for training myself to be thinking of certain things often, but then the app will stop sending me notifications for no reason, defeating the purpose entirely
