Meat temp doesn’t work
Doesn’t allow you to set a target meat temperature frustrating
What’s the point
This app is only good for changing the temperature…. Sometimes. Often you have to do it a couple times for it to take.
None of the notices work for me. There isn’t a spot on the app to look up what a notice was for on the odd occasion you receive one. No target temp prob reached notification that I see so not sure what the point of setting probe temp targets is for.
Often these notices randomly appear the next day.
Needs a lot of work.

Unusable
The app worked the first couple of times. The initial set up was rather difficult, but after that, it worked to a degree. Lately, you are unable to even login to connect to your grill. I attempted to use the live chat feature on the app, only to find out that doesn’t work either, and there is no update available. Now I am completely unable to wirelessly connect to my grill to monitor temperatures of the probes. The grill is fantastic, the app is unusable.

No updates in over a year???
Worst wifi controller ever.
I have 5 smokers, 3 recteqs, Traegers every other wifi works perfectly, this one NEVER CONNECTS, just always get error error tried every way to get this to work. I bought this for on the road to remote monitor from my booth, when i smoke, it never connects not at my home not on the road on wifi, grill works great but don’t think your getting a wifi controller, your not, just headaches and frustration.
