This app never works. It’s so frustrating
Too Many Error Notifications.
Needs work. Too many bugs in the app which leads to not knowing whether scanned tickets are winners if being the case.

Can’t Scan Tickets
The ticket scanner will not work with my iPhone 17 pro max. I can’t get the barcode to cone into focus unless it is too far away for the scanner and it’s not the camera because it focuses perfectly outside of this app. This is pretty much a useless app at this point

The app is not scanning the barcode anymore, I keep getting an error message each time!!! I tried deleting the app and reinstalling but still can’t scan my tickets!!
Rubbish!
Fix the bloody app. Doesn’t work most of the time. Throws errors. Takes atleast a few mins to even open. What a lazy attempt by these folks to call this an app.

This app was working and the last big storm must have knocked it out, hard to trust retailers to check tickets and I hope I didn’t throw away any good winning tickets, let’s get this fixed!!!!!

Not working
Ever since the Mega Millions game changed, the app no longer opens. I’ve deleted it, then reinstalled, same problem. When I click on it, it just closes without ever opening. I’m certain the people that pay to advertise on the app would be interested in knowing they’re paying for nothing. Fix it!!
