Reports go in - nothing gets done
Numerous people have used this platform to report dangerous potholes in Carnforth. Months go by & nothing is done. Not sure anyone actually acts on the information reported so it’s a waste of time having a platform like this to use?

I just found this app and think it is a great idea/ I have submitted a report in an area that needs attention so hoping it gets attention
My report
I had made two or three reports some time ago that a vehicle was parked in front of my house and the tax on that vehicle was also paid and they did not take any action even though I have been making these reports repeatedly. Thank you.Sukhdev Singh
Ugly UI, buggy app
This app just about works, but is very buggy, hard to give feedback, lots of spelling and grammar mistakes. Ugly UI, poorly built, lots of bugs.

Whenever I have used this app nothing gets done. Not sure if my complaints ever get to Lancashire County Council.

Nightmare/waste of time
I haven’t been using this app for a long time but now it is a nightmare, I feel like I am wasting my time trying to find the category. Use AI to assign a category if not I will stop using this app.

Almost two years ago I reported to the DVLA an untaxed car, flat tyres, partly blocking a pavement/cycle track in my city. (When the occupiers of the adjacent property left out their wheely bin, there was only a very small gap to pass it. The property itself has more parking space than I have.)
A council ticket appeared on the car some time later, only to be ripped off, while the car remained. I came across this app, and gave it a try, with no great expectations. Now, almost 2 years after I reported this vehicle to the DVLA, the city council must have acted almost immediately on my LCS report, because the car has gone.

I’ve reported the issue but no action has been taken. It’s been weeks and nothing.
The app has potential.
