Setup needs massive improvements
Try and report fly tipping using Google pins accurately and it automatically closes reports saying private land which it is not. Make the app do cumbersome people give up reporting - I work on IT. This app has not been properly beta tested and is full of bugs.
Depends on the local borough
It ought to be a very good tool for reporting to my local borough (Croydon) but that’s where it stops!
Despite as accurate as possible pins of the locations of problems with photos, accurate directions and descriptions, even down to which number of pathway (for example), the times when ‘problems cannot be located’ is very high. This leads to me to suspect investigations have not been attempted.
Unfortunately the over reliance of authorities on the app, and not of direct contact, raises a barrier to the resolution of problems.

Anyone monitor this?
I have no idea if anyone at LCC monitors this app - no evidence to suggest it, but will try anything to Hope that LCC will do something to address the issues raised and use tax payer money effectively.
Clean streets
I reported some graffiti and it was cleaned within days - I was very impressed.
