I have no idea if anyone at LCC monitors this app - no evidence to suggest it, but will try anything to Hope that LCC will do something to address the issues raised and use tax payer money effectively.

Waste of time

Downloaded the app, logged my complaint 3 times and nothing happened. Contacted my local council and the issue was dealt with in minutes.

Disappointed

Waste of time and taxpayers money, nothing is getting done, I have done couple of reports and the rubbish is still there. My last report got close without ant action taken
