Working with Jake had been great! He is very nice and has a lot of patience. Even when I shopped around to get some different quotes, he was there. Good interest rate
Lower offers a very competitive interest rate to build your savings and will match funds up to a certain amount if you mortgage a house through them.

I found Lower when my first lender fall thru. Lower provides surprising low rate and helps me knock down my mortgage by $100. The app is very easy to use. The interactive design helps you visualize your saving. It’s great for first time homebuyer like me. My agent Jonathan is super helpful and patient. Together they made the application process easy.

Good simple app to use with friendly user interface. Very informal and decent incentives.
Easy to Use
The app is pretty straight forward and easy to use. I am able to transfer between accounts pretty seamlessly. I only wish that it was compatible with Mint, as I like to keep track of all my accounts by in one place. I hope that’s an update that can be made in the future.
Good Idea - Not Executed Well
The app itself is a good idea, it sparked my interest and wanted me to try it out. But I don’t find many aspects of it realistic, the .75 APY is not the best way to save, especially in our current inflation of 6.2%.
They should partner with stock brokers and allow investing in large funds in the stock market, this would be a better app to save for a down payment on a car as it is right now.

A little frustrating
Well we are already in the process to close in a few days. Trying to make a deposit into our home fund and it keeps saying we have to reconnect with our bank. We get confirmation that the bank info has been connected and then try to make the deposit and it goes back to needing to reconnect.
It looks like if you are just beginning to prepare to buy a home, it would be a great app. Just frustrated at the moment.

Well Created App
Very self explanatory and intuitive. Only concern was one of my banks no agreeing with the app (Pnc) but we were able to get it resolved. Lower was able to give me $1300 towards closing costs. No bad words to say. S/o Jeddy my mortgage lender ⭕️🙌🏼

Lower matches the first $1000 deposit toward the closing cost. And also give extra $250 if you set up a recurring deposit for any mount $5 or $10. It's a pretty good deal.
