LTC Visit Tracker

The LTC Visit Tracker app is designed for doctors and staff. It provides access to view a list of LTC facilities and patients. Doctors can check a patient’s current treatment status from the patient list. They can also update and manage appointment times directly in the app. Patient treatment statuses can be updated directly through the app.
