Terrible App , expensive with errors not as described
I joined their “fake free trial” and forced to pay a full year fee. I try to use it more and when I chat a few minutes there are error message like this come out “we are sorry but something went wrong on our end. Our team has been notified and is working to resolve the issue. (SER 1010) “ I emailed and message their customer service everyday (for the last week)but not even get an automatic reply.
