Can’t redeem

I sent in all of my documentation on may 23 and it said my kyc verification was approved and i could make purchases/redeem. I was able to make a purchase however i cannot redeem even after meeting all requirements and playing through the bonus amount. Anytime i click on redeem it says an internal verification of my account is being done and they were working to get me back on track. It’s been a month! Ive sent a email with no response, i tried to get help on the app which was of no help at all. So, idk I’ve played high 5 casino and know they’re legit and i verified and had no issues, idk what is going on with LBV.
