This app is literally awesome, I just got £50 for my loyalty and hiring taxi from this app, I wish this app extend to other cities.
Waste your money somewhere else
Arrival time was meant to be 5 past 8. 9:20 still nothing. Missed my train costing me over £50 because these incompetent drivers are too lazy to show up. AND they had the NERVE to still take my money. Disgusting.
Rude drivers
I would avoid using the service like a plague. Sure you’ll save 1-2 pounds compared to uber but the way the drivers treat you is ridiculous.

Avoid this lot
I used this company for years and then they went under new management and everything went downhill. If you book a taxi and it get cancelled for whatever reason, you won’t get a refund. I called them multiple times and each time they said to wait to be transferred to the finance department but they came back saying they were unavailable. I emailed and they said my refund was processed but I didn’t receive my money. This went on for over 3 months. They said the bonus points you receive for booking taxis can be used to book again, lies! They don’t work! Avoid this app. To make it worse, most of their drivers are rude and their cars stink. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. This company used to be great, not anymore.

Decent app
The company is good, I pre book all my work taxis for the week and they always pick me up and get me to work on time, sometimes late picking me up to go home but I’d rather it that way around, just a couple of improvements to the app that I would like to see, firstly the option to edit time, date and/destination on pre booked rides without having to cancel and rebook, and also the option to tip your driver, otherwise I’m happy with lucky seven.

App Brilliant, Service Awful
One of the best apps I’ve used in terms of easiness of use for booking a taxi. However don’t expect it to find a driver for you, 3 taxis booked, a total of 1 hour waited, no driver found. Ridiculous

The amount of times I’ve tried to use this laggy, glitchy app, says drivers are a minute away and takes over 10 minutes to connect to a driver, worst app ever and even worse drivers

As taxi companies go, this one is amazing
All the drivers I have had so far have been polite ,courteous and very prompt,
Today one driver could not see me where I was waiting and actually telephoned me and then insisted on coming to me instead of me walking the very short distance to his taxi.
The fares are amazing and I never feel cheated or ripped off like other companies often do as you are sent a message in advance of what your fare will be.
The app is amazing, do yourself a favour and down load it now, it’s a game changer 😀

Some drivers take jobs and drop them besides rudeness from some.
If you need to call the control: most of the times will are useless, some are rude and unprofessional.
Moreover, you could easily get hung off on your face before you finish talking

Pointless app
Just downloaded the app (I know I should have read the reviews first) what a waste of time I’m going around in circles trying to schedule and pre book a pickup for an airport transfer and every time I try to schedule the booking it says try to pre book but there’s no navigation to enable to pre book and just back to schedule a booking again!! I’ll use one of their competitors now.
