Significant Waste of Time and Money
Got charged for time where no labor was occurring, as the movers were not even present. Thankfully was able to get some of it refunded as I took time stamped screenshots of the location of the van after it had been erroneously marked arrived, but the remainder, before I thought to document it, is simply lost money. Pay careful attention to the app and make sure to document any suspicious behavior as otherwise they will overcharge you. Beyond that the ETAs given are completely inaccurate. Significant waste of time and money.

Excellent for moving anything
I have now used Lugg 7 times in 7 months — they are that good — only once did something get slightly damaged but it was easily repaired for $50— the majority of their movers are very friendly and bright and efficient.
