Don’t use in Malaga
Arrived at our drop-off only to be told that they don’t offer a luggage storage service. Tried another one and it was closed. Thinking I surely had to be successful on my third go I tried another but it too didn’t offer the service. Having dragged a load of bags around a boiling hot Malaga, I was well annoyed. Avoid this app and book directly with a local supplier. Using this app presents a risk to the health of those who don’t have the physical ability to withstand walking with luggage in high temperatures. Abysmal.

Most emails in Italian
Good experience of the luggage store but I’ve not idea why all the emails to me were in Italian. Had to translate each. Just found out it hadn’t registered my collection last night
Read the fine print
We got charged 82 dollars for not storing our bags. The issue was that traffic made us late to drop off our bags. By the time we got there, the facility said they were closing in 15 minutes. If I had just thought to check our bags in and then immediately check them out, I would have saved 60-some dollars. The no-show fee is a full day’s charge per bag.

This is the epitome of there’s an app for everything. I found this super convenient in a pinch and I would suggest this to anyone who needs to keep there luggage somewhere while out exploring
App’s critical bug
Booked and checked in my luggage on 12 July for pickup on 17 July. But received an email just after midnight on 14 July telling me the timer had stopped automatically and my storage had ended! Tried to contact someone in the app but only an unhelpful AI was answering my questions! DO NOT USE!
