Align cropped jacket
What an incredible piece by Lululemon. I have a short waist so this cropped jacket is an awesome addition to my wardrobe!
Easy - but some quirks
I use the app often. Have watched long enough to predict when new things move to Made Too Much which is nice - I also love the afterpay option. One place for improvement is the search feature is weak. The keywords don’t always surface items I saw once and I can’t find again without struggle.
Best clothing
Wash and wear it over and over and it last a long time and love how it makes me feel..
Clunky
Why does it restart and waste my time each time I move away from the app and go back in. It’s also clunky each click takes time
Leggings
8 years later and still my favourite! The fabric is just as soft and supportive as day one. They have survived countless workouts and washes without losing their shape.
Horrible after the update
The updates to the app are horrible! It freezes now all of the time, it continually reshuffles your saved for later list vs before your saved for later list remained the same and only changed it when an item just became finale sale and it bumped that item to the top of the list. You used to be able to click on an item in your save for later list and view it on the items main page and then toggle back to your save for later list and arrive right back to where you were before going to the item’s main page and now when you toggle back it brings you all the way back up to the very top of your saved for later list (this has made online shopping very frustrating and difficult and honestly made me buy less from Lulu, and I buy A LOT…I’m also pinnacle member). Also, after making a purchase and you hit the continue shopping button you can’t because the app has for the millionth time frozen again! And yes I’ve tried to fix these issues by uninstalling the app and logging out and logging back in.

👎Glitchy & Awful
I don’t even have words I’m so frustrated with this app. What a waste! I guess their online store is the only way to have a decent experience because this was horrific. Great deterrent for my wallet, I’ll be shopping elsewhere. There’s been ongoing technical issues with Lululemon since I really started shopping with them almost a decade ago now. Often my purchases don’t get linked to my account despite always giving necessary info in person and trying to get help online. Sometimes my online orders don’t even link to my account (yes, I’m signed in…). Overall after years worth of negative experience I guess you can consider this the cherry on top. I don’t think I’ve ever posted an app review but this is a company wide thing not just their app. Deplorable for what we pay for such cheap materials. You’ve lost a valuable and loyal consumer. Lululemon is my go to frfr
I LOVE LULULEMON the way it fits on my body. I love the fabric. I love just about everything . I love the outlet too. I wish I was an ambassador for lululemon. I just rock it sooo well

Real comfortable, however if possible!! Lower your price by 25% if possible. It’s a bad year for farmers and we cannot afford it too much.

No menu to get to categories, like women’s clothes etc., and no search filters
New update is terrible
I don’t know why lululemon thought the app needed an update because there was nothing wrong with the old version. Now my favorites list is not updating when items are out of stock or back in stock. I used to check the app constantly and was able to grab items before they went out of stock, now I’m missing out because the update is trash. Clicking on an item from favorites is also very cumbersome, as it takes you back to the main menu and I have to click and scroll down again to return to my list every single time. Who thought this was a good idea?! Please fix this so I can get back to actually shopping!

This has been my fifth time resetting the password so I can go into my purchases and exchange an item not happy even to purchase that I had to do the same thing
Unreliable app
The website appears to be unreliable. I selected Black pants, but my order confirmation showed a completely different color, Mahogany Muse. As a result, I spent over 40 minutes with customer service and had to place a second order at my own expense.
An e-commerce platform should accurately process customer selections and prevent errors like this. Very disappointing experience, especially as a first-time customer.
