Latest update is garbage
The latest update is the worst thing Lulu had done to their app. It constantly freezes and makes shopping with it not worth it.

Sizing
Lululemon sizing can seem inconsistent, but with menās shirts Iāve found that the issue is often that two shirts look almost identical while actually being different styles with different fits. Iāve made that mistake myself. Checking the exact style and fit before comparing sizes makes a big difference.

New updates are so annoying!
The new updated layout added inconvenient steps. You cannot edit your saved items simply. You get booted to the too of your active cart after editing the color/size or removing something from the list. Also, the product pics/colorway icons are not it. The icons before were not always accurate to the true color of an item, but this is worse

Pretty expensive but the taste is great
Once again, they didnāt fully think through an app update
When I click to go to the full page an item from my the āSaved Itemsā list in my bag, and then I the hit the back arrow, WHY would it take my back to the main checkout shopping bag and not back to exact place I was at on the saved items list where I clicked on that item. I couldāve been 90 items down on the list, and now I have to go back to Saves Items and scroll all the way down again. I just donāt understand how something so basic could be missed. And thatās just one example of the recurring lack of attention to detail when it comes to Luluās app updates. Please for the love of god think through ALL of the functionally, interface, user experience factors, etc. before making updates like this. Itās too sloppy for app developers of a company as huge Lululemon.

Not user friendly
You are not able to sort/filter, and they only have select styles for certain sizes. Everything is named similarly so itās hard to find what you want. The app blasts you with a bunch of videos when you log in. No promo code so you have to contact customer service if your discounts arenāt going through.

Unsealed items,darker color
Received items that were previously opened(unsealed )and the new color,dreamy blue is much darker than the images on the site and one of them was not even in bag,obviously worn (just thrown inside the package with rest if the items) and as its final sale, I am stuck with it!! Lululemon is going downhill.

Terrible update
I donāt understand why these apps keep āfixingā things that arenāt broken. Itās too click intensive now and annoying to search through. Shouldāve kept it how it was as there was nothing wrong with it. Buttons are hard to find. Save for later is a separate page and god forbid you want to remove anything. You have to keep going back and forth as it exits out of it every time. So annoying

Terrible brand, terrible customer service, terrible after-sale service
On the same day, I purchased two pairs of the same shorts in different sizes (one Small and one Medium). Unfortunately, both pairs have exactly the same manufacturing issue: the elastic waistband continuously twists and rolls inside the waistband during normal wear. It is uncomfortable, distracting, and significantly affects the fit and overall experience but they didnāt do ANYTHING.
