This is the worst car renting platform I have seen so far. I have booked a car cancelled the booking immediately. According to their cancellation policy, I should get full refund but it’s been more than 10 business days, I did not get any refund yet. Also, I have submitted a contact form but no reply. They don’t have customer service number as well in the app to contact with them.

Worst backend team ever, they are not even verifying the ID and not even replying to mails. Turo is better then this.
