Installed on 3 different devices, two iPhone 14s and an iPad - doesn’t open past the splash page / simply locks up. Useless

Does what’s required for the time you’re here. If you forward plan then it’s great detail to have prior to traveling

It helps with some info, menus, times etc but if you want to book anything don’t bother Just talk to the staff in the old fashioned way.
Doesn’t work
I don’t understand the point of this app. It won’t let me see anything. Try to look at menus it times out. I see no activities.
I tried to “log in” and it won’t except my confirmation number. Seems pointless pre arrival and yet the description makes it sound like you can use it for pre planning. Is that no true? Is it only useful once you are checked in for your stay?
