Absolutely love the Luxdry app! Super easy to use, fast pickup & delivery and my clothes always come back perfectly clean and folded like luxury hotel service. The only small issue was my address didn’t show correctly in the app, but I called the team and they still picked up my laundry the same day and delivered it perfectly the next day. If you want the unforgettable experience of seeing your expensive pieces destroyed while nobody owns up to it, this is the perfect place—because here, mediocrity is in charge. I trusted their so-called “luxurious expertise” and brought in some pricey decorative blackout curtains. What I received? A torn, warped mess, as if they’d gone through a textile blender—all because they didn’t give them the proper dry-clean care they required. Do not put your textiles in their hands. LuxDry San Juan in Ciudadela proves that a fancy name does not equal professionalism—here, mediocrity sets the standard.
