PLEASE FIX THIS PLEASE! 🙏🏻

Rest timer notifications are not vibrating, just the sound and the issue continues on iOS 27 as well.

Amazing and easy

App is easy to use, you can follow routine or make up your own. Even shows videos if you’re not sure about form.

good app

EDIT - they really have thought of everything! thanks for the response lyfta!

original - really good app, i would love the option to share progress in exercises across plans though - for instance, if i have RDLs in two different routines of a workout plan, recording my ‘previous’ weight x reps as what i did last across the whole plan, not just in that routine

Feels like AI based app. I could be better, it’s not as great as in looks.

It uses the same muscles names for every specific workout. Which, I do kinda like it uses the scientific name. But it doesn’t help when you want to workout specific parts of your muscles. Like example: for chest it uses the same muscle and all the workouts don’t specify which part of the chest is being worked out. Like I would really like if it said stuff like “upper chest” “lower chest” but it doesn’t specify, its just says the whole chest because technically yeah they all have the same scientific name. Not only that you see multiple of the same looking exercises with a bit of a different name but it would work out same thing on your body. The same looking workouts as you scroll constantly makes it feel like you’re not getting anywhere which feels like it’s more ran by an AI rather than real people. Which, I don’t have a problem but if you want authentic its not really giving that vibe here.

.

Great app for tracking my routine! I’m just not sure if the premium version is worth it yet.

good

Very helpful

I really like the explore session.

Awesome

I use this to improve my technique when lifting. Very good. It would be nice if the videos came with step by step instructions as well for those who are more auditory learners.

BEST APP

Best app for the gym! It makes things so easy to track. I am a beginner at the gym and it also helps with knowing what exercises I need to do to train certain muscles. I gotta say, the exact muscles they said I would be training are the exactly muscles that were sore the best day! Seriously so excited to be getting into the gym with this app

Stairmaster not included!!!???!

Dev team: where is the stairmaster? Such a basic piece of gym equipment. Please fix this asap.

The app itself is ok once you figure it all out. Takes a bit of time as some things are not intuitive.

Amazing!!’

Please guys do yourselves a favor and download this app! This is legit one of the most useful app on the market, for a person like me that usually forget how many set I have left this is very helpful. I have all my routines of the week ready to start them with this app

Excellent app 1 thing missing

Amazing app, but I’ve recently bought a pilates reformer and its a shame there are no excercies on it.

Could be an easy addition

NOT FREE

Seen the reviews saying it was free and was excited to download. Upon actually downloading app and going through the sign up process, once I get to the last page it says it’s free for 2 weeks and then $60/year. Such a waste of time.

Lo mejor de lo mejor

Me ah ayudado tanto en mi proceso que la amo

Noms des exercices

J’aimerais avoir le nom des exercices en français ça serait super! Sinon génial pour suivre sa séance sur la montre

Response from developer

Merci ! Ravi que le suivi sur la montre vous plaise. Avoir les noms des exercices en français faciliterait leur recherche. Merci de nous l’avoir signalé. Kjell de Lyfta

Love it

I’ve tried a handful of different apps and this one by far is the best. Nice and simple and synced to my Apple Watch.

Excelente

Need more Exercises demos or animations

I liked the app a lot can you add more modern exercises please rather than just only focus on the ui or functions ?! Thank you.

Response from developer

Thanks for the kind words. More modern exercises are a clear ask. Please add your picks under Settings → Get Help → Feature Request so we can prioritize what people want. Kjell from Lyfta

Terrible - 0/10

This app sucks, total waste of money. Lots of movements not included in the library, and app layout sucks. Do not pay for the premium! I accidentally let it auto subscribe and it charged me for a whole year instead of just a month, which I did not agree to. I reached out to Lyfta’s support, who said I would get a refund if I went through the App Store, which I did. The App Store then denied me and when I reached out Apple told me it was denied based on Liftya’s policies. Feels very scam-y. Don’t trust them!
