Calories gone down massively!
My calories do not add up correctly anymore! For a 2 hour leg workout with 40 min incline walking used to burn 1000-1200 calories…. Now I’m lucky if I reach 600! This is very deflating and I am so angry about this! Why has it changed??

I really like the variety of exercises, the planning it helps with, the alternatives I can replace with, and the progress tracking. So it’s not bad in basic achievements.
Where it falls short is structure of the plans. It groups the same muscle groups one set after the next instead of providing an alternative between so I’m always reorganising.
When you superset if there is a short break exercise sheet a long it will give you rest for the short, not the set.
Calves do not exist in automated plans but are so important for day to day and full body.
It doesn’t seem to prioritise activities I call out for. The AI comment section at the end of the set seems a waste.
Compared to the alternatives on the store this is one of the best available.
