Linking Accounts from Owners Portal
I have linked my account through Owners Portal but every time I try to access from the app , on iPad and iPhone, the app crashes and I have to log in through internet

Not fit for purpose
This app is not ready for release. To book things like swimming etc it takes you to the Lyon’s website. You then have to login again and then have to look for activities. They only come up about 50% of the time. It’s not possible to choose a favourite park. The list of errors is endless

So easy to use!
Absolutely love this new app! It’s so easy to navigate around and see what’s on during our stay and book activities for the kids! The live map feature is really handy for finding your way around the park facilities.
Doesn’t load on iPad
On iPadOS 18.3 only get loading type icons continuously repeating. I actually tried the previous version only a week ago. It loaded, said it has sent me a confirmatory email which never arrived. Tried re-sends several times, same result. Yes, I did check the spelling of my email account.
