Update: use m1 elk homebridge and never pay for this app again. Same features, except actual customization. Maybe one day this app with be improved and notification won’t be delayed, until then this app is a PASS.
2 years ago notifications were instantaneous, now they’re so delayed it’s use case is useless. This will be the last year I use this app/ELk if improvements aren’t made. Despite what you may say, this is not an apple or google issue, this is due to the company being penny wise and pound foolish.

The app works great with my Elk M1 Gold. The developer has always been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions. I absolutely recommend this app.

No brained, get this!
So simple to setup and works every time. I use AT&T which doesn’t allow DDNS, so without shelling out big $ for static up, there’s no way to connect to the M1 at home...until now. A Huge thanks to Aaron for this!

Finally an app with no port forwarding that will allow me to use multiple devices without messing each other up. A special thanks to the developer. I’ve been waiting for this a long time. Very easy to set up and use.

APP does what it says. Loads fairly quick, simple and clean interface. I had a few problems with the install which were resolved quick by tech support. Keep up the good work guys.

Pro Installer
Really nice remote app for the Elk M1 panel. Found it easy to setup. Being cloud based it connects quickly with the M1 panel and M1XEP Ethernet adapter without need of a public static IP address or DDNS service. As a pro installer I like not having to setup or maintain any special options in the customer router. My customers can download and set this up themselves. I just have to issue them a one-time cloud id code. The monthly cloud fee is collected by the app developer as an in app purchase directly from the customer. So I don’t have to bill my customer or be responsible for deactivating the service if they forget or should decide to stop paying the fee.
Seems to be an ideal mobile app. No issues so far.

Update: everything works great so far
Had a minor networking issue that I assumed was the app but was really a bad DNS address.
App works as designed, i like the approach of using a cloud to do the remote services gives you a better option of service and functionality. I love the idea of phone notifications. Its 2.99 a month on the low end and 25$ for the yearly licensing. Compared to the other options on the market for ios this is the cheepest I've seen plus with this being a annual license comes the assumption that this will be updated and maintained which was something i was reading was an issue with the other apps in the marketplace. Id love to see some sort of IFTTT integration in the future or atleast the support from the cloud to and existing service in IFTTT
