La pire application bancaire que j’aie jamais utilisée
C’est la pire application bancaire que j’aie jamais utilisée. Depuis une semaine et demie, je n’arrive même pas à contacter le service client, car l’application affiche constamment des erreurs. Mes paiements par carte sont souvent refusés sans aucune explication, et je ne peux donc pas utiliser mon propre argent normalement. L’application est instable, frustrante et totalement inacceptable pour un service bancaire. Je ne comprends pas comment elle a pu être publiée dans cet état.

Good Banking App
I like this banking app from Credit Agricole.. easy to negotiate and use .. but best of all if I get confused or stuck the English speaking conseiller allocated to me for the Eymet branch (Charente Perigord) is brilliant and very helpful.
I wish I could say the same for the Alpes Provence people who seem to enjoy hearing me struggling to explain what I want to say… …

J’apprécie beaucoup la fonction permettant d’affecter ses dépenses par catégorie permettant ainsi une meilleure gestion de ses comptes.
Frustrant!!
L’application est certes plus esthétique, mais elle est d’une lenteur frustrante. Les erreurs de synchronisation sont également fréquentes, ce qui rend l’expérience utilisateur particulièrement désagréable.
