Useless bc can’t log in
This is so typical. I can’t get a job interview but someone is getting paid to supervise a product that is totally useless and all they need to do is read all the reviews saying it doesn’t work and fix it. Typical idiots ruining the world one little thing at a time.

Upgrade version has login problems
This app upgrade has many bug to be fixed first before releasing it. In my case me and my family members cannot log in since after this upgrade a month ago up to now. Called customer service on phone after I cannot log in so many times and even change password as instructed. This does not even deserve a 1 star rating. I hope they get it right with all the bad reviews that they are getting.

I don't know why I'm unable to login to manuhay miles app. I've reset my password many times it just keep saying something’s wrong. But when I don't have the same issue when logging in to PAL website (I have the same password). I wanted to be able to see my credit through mabuhay miles app!

So hard to navigate,if you want to edit you cant edit the top coz theres is no way you can click it. You end up cancelling and start all over again.

Fraud
PAL purposely makes it non-functional so you cannot use your Mabuhay Miles. Typical PAL’s nefarious ways.
Horrible app
I tried to register for mabuhay miles and it wouldn’t let me. It asked for our city - it didn’t exist on the list. I tried several different things but I found it impossible.
Non sense
Can’t open an account says I already have one? Can’t retriever card number neither password it leads to 404 error page at anytime.
Not worth it
Do not download this anymore. There is nothing to do in this app. It only shows your miles BUT WILL NOT LET YOU DO ANYTHING. Waste of space and data. Will delete this app now.
Info entered by users get changed
We have entered the correct info ie the state region but defaults to Alabama- being the first option. Changed it many times, logged out, logged back in, closed & reopened the app and again showed Alabama-- unchanged.

Can’t redeem miles here. And when you try to redeem miles, within 10 days, there’s a rush fee of almost php 4000! So bogus! Shows corruption behind it all. Typical! To call it “the heart of the Filipino” is totally shame. And a sham.

Updated Mileage
I traveled to the Philippines on March 1, 2023 (PR0105) and back to USA on May 17, 2023 (PR0104). No earned mileage recorded yet to my account and I tried to enter my travels but to no avail! WHY?
