I love the app, but it glitches WAY too often, and the only way to fix it is to delete it and re-download it, then it works well….until it glitches again and you have to repeat the same process over and over. Otherwise, it’s a great app when it IS working correctly!
Can get some great deals but do your homework before bidding. Advise buying the bidder insurance for big ticket items.
I love it
Some item doesn’t have correct specifications… ej I bought one mattress and specifications said queen size and the item was full .
Love being able to bid on items and even better when you win.
The only ones gaining from this app is Mac.bid. With their never ending lot fees and warehouse fees and fees on the fees. They have extremely rigid rules about pickups and they keep your money AND item even if you miss the pick up location closing by a few minutes, which in their many bs rules is checked -in and inside the warehouse by 5:45 not 6pm as posted online and signage. Several items bought were not even what I bid on, but you can’t return unless you pay for a bogus membership or pay YET ANOTHER fee for a limited warranty. Getting ahold of customer service is almost impossible because an automated system has to verify your account first and the automated system has a hearing disability, complete trash. Then when you o they shield themselves by sending only emails even if you ask for a callback. They close out tickets and you have to take their heartfelt sorry as the resolution. Don’t even try it. At least trusty ol’ e bay has a decent return policy and buyer protection. Mac.bid is the auctioneer and also the one that F’s. over. You bid on items and at closing, it NEVER fails, if your item is closing in on $1 someone comes in and fights you to elevate the price to astronomical proportions, I would not hesitate to accuse Mac.bid to have bogus accounts to manage their own profits this way.

Within my first four hours I had 5 wins totaling only 30 bucks!! The pickup and checkout process are super easy and workers at the warehouses are very helpful! Highly recommend if you like snagging things at crazy prices!!
I really like the app but it can be glitchy. Make sure you watch to make sure you are purchasing at the right location. It glitched on me and they would not refund the money.
Excellent
Love it
Pay attention is the key
First thing I bought, an icemaker, totally broken out of the box. I’m done. This is a scam.
Can be addictive
Not sure what I did before this app! Loving everything about how it works and the amazing finds !
I just won 2 quilt sets one for $5 and the other $16 that’s less than just paying for one !
Pretty fun shopping experience.
This is an amazing place to get even better deals!
very good deals and items found in this app! The only things i dont like is when bidding on an item and someone else chimes in, it decides to up the time by 59 seconds giving you more time plus upping the price! The other thing is just when people make the bid high and it yet has DAYS to expire. Like how do you expect to get a great deal when you got people bidding early making it almost to the normal price by the time the item bidding expires, which it probably only saving you a few bucks. i hate when people do that but overall it aint the company's fault.

Awesome
I initially thought I would grow bored or tired of either waiting or losing, but I stuck it through and now I have majority of what’s been on my Amazon wishlist for a fraction of the price! The bidding is fair and straightforward, however I wish they would allow a lock in place after the timer hits 3 minutes or 1 minute. People constantly bid at the last second and it’s frustrating knowing you’ve waiting 3+ days just to lose last second. The warehouses are fun, seeing all the packages and they make it very simple. It is confusing at first but once you do it once, it’s simple. Great way to rid of unclaimed/returned packages
