Fake products
When the Maccaron app was new, I had a very good experience and ordered TIRTIR cushion foundations from them several times. However, when I ordered last-to-last month, the product felt noticeably different—the fragrance was unusually strong, the cushion was hard instead of soft, and the TIRTIR logo on the cover started fading after just 1–2 uses, unlike the TIRTIR products I had purchased previously. When I finally complained, I was told that it was too late to raise the issue. I understand that I should have reported it earlier, but since it was a Buy One Get One Free offer, I had stopped using the product and was unsure how to raise a complaint. I later regretted not noticing the differences sooner. Customer service then asked me to provide a picture of the opened box and the barcode, which I had already discarded. This experience has taught me to record the entire unpackaging process whenever I receive an order. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Although Nykaa currently does not have the same offers, I prefer ordering from them because at least I know the products are genuine.

Worst customer support
I used to love ordering from this app despite facing some issues time to time… but this time it’s too much. Its been more than two month since I ordered a moisturiser and there’s not a single update. I ordered in bulk and i got half of the items and half got canceled on its own without any calls from the delivery team or anyone. This app doesn’t have any customer support no. So the only way to reach out to them is through emails. And God knows how many emails I’ve already sent them, yet every time i just get the automated system mail “sorry for the inconvenience, our team is looking into the issue”. And at this point I’ve given up on the hopes of getting the product delivered…
But if you’re still looking forward to order from this app it’s better if you do COD, so that if u get the item.. well and good, and if you don’t get the items, not your loss..

Package not delivered and denied taking responsibility.
I placed and order for the first time and i just got the last email about order being dispatched, I had went to my grandmas place for a few days and in between there were no delivery calls or anything as such. I live in a gated society where the delivery personnel needs approval to enter the premises and neither did i receive that. When I realised it’s been long I checked the app and it showed delivered 9 days ago, i checked at the reception no entry. I raised this concern over the email and guess what the support replies, we regret the inconvenience but since it’s been more than 5 days we can’t do anything about it. Like seriously, do you guys think we earn money for free, i purchased it from my hard earned money and you guys don’t even investigate where my parcel was even delivered or not delivered? Pathetic seriously never ordering again and whoever’s fault it was if you think there is no karma will see about that.

Total Letdown Customer Service
I had one of the worst customer service experiences with this app. My order arrived in multiple packages without any clear information, and one item was missing. When I contacted support, all I received were bot-like, copy-paste responses asking for photos and videos—something impossible to provide when I didn’t even know which package would contain the missing item.
Instead of helping, they kept repeating the same script and offered zero real assistance. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to predict issues or record videos in advance just to prove that something went wrong with their delivery process.
I’m extremely disappointed with how unhelpful and robotic the support team is. The whole experience felt careless and frustrating.
Please improve your customer support—it’s badly needed.

Missing product in a package. No accountability.
My faith in this app has over the last few months gone from best to worse ever. While i ordered 2 products from this app with freebies, only one product was delivered with the freebies, although the bill was delivered for both the products along with the package! Ofcourse it is a prepaid package, so now who do i call for this callous service! Ofcourse there is no customer care number either. There is only email. You need to get my other product delivered to my address for which i have paid already. Figure it out and send my product to my address dude!
