I honestly don’t know why everyone leaves bad reviews about this app. I honestly find it very helpful knowing what the traffic looks like on the bridges when I’m on a time crunch. Although I won’t be able to use this app for anything other than that since the tolls were removed.

Home button takes you to a page that will not scroll so unable to access the stated three options and no ability to track you macpass account.

I wish the app would stay logged in like other apps. When I need a quick view I have to log in and it’s not user friendly in that way

Not the most accurate
Not the most accurate info about traffic. I’ve crossed “heavy” at the speed limit with other cars. Red/heavy should be when it’s moving slowly or stop and go, or a parking lot.
And a little thing, the Halifax bound animated cars, they should be moving in the opposite direction of the ones that are Dartmouth bound. Like the actual bridges.

Another garbage app!
Don’t waste your time
Like the title suggests don’t bother downloading this app it’s useless. Rarely is the traffic updated and the cameras don’t work most of the time. Great job folks.

I cannot even believe this is the APP for Macpass and Bridge closures.

Can’t even sign up
Says my old log in won’t work so I need to make a new account, but the submit button doesn’t work. Of course they can’t even get an app right. Halifax as usual can’t do anything right.

Unreliable closure info
I installed this specifically for bridge closure information but it’s been so inconsistent that I no longer trust the app

Doesn’t provide updated information so it is basically useless for tracking traffic.
Hate this app
Glitchy as hell. Won’t let me log in most of the time. Often, I can put in my username, but the app page will not let me swipe down enough to enter my password. Other times, i can enter both the username and password, but then the sign in button doesn’t work. I can only sign in using the app maybe 2 out of every 10 attempts. So, I’ll have to log in on my laptop—which defeats the point of having a mobile app in the first place. What a waste of time.

I paid $20 and it didn’t apply to my visa
I sent $20 to my Macpass via the new mobile app. It charged my credit card but didn’t apply the money to my Macpass.
Hard to use
The app is too big for my phone. I can’t see half of it

I love being able to see live bridge traffic in real time and the ratings for heavy, medium and light traffic are so useful
