Paying Again
Typical Disney. Making us pay for an APP service that used to be free and which helps YOU as much as it helps us. Being able to check on wait times and crowds helps to keep guests more spread out within the parks as people find alternative activities during peak times for certain attractions and restaurants. Now we have to pay for that? No thanks.

Disneyland is my favorite place on earth, and I have traveled all over the world, and been to Disney world

We used the app to find bathrooms. That’s it. Pretty expensive for a bathroom guide. We used the Disneyland app for EVERYTHING else.

Wait times not accurate
Comparing the Magic Guide app to the Disney App the times don’t coincide. I really like the layout of the Magic Guide app and the wait times show on my Apple watch but not if the wait times aren’t accurate. Both of the apps USED to match but not now? I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it but still not working?

Overall, I’m very with this app and it’s easier and faster than using the actual Disneyland app for checking wait times etc…. My only complaint is that sometimes it will show a ride down for days when it’s in fact, “not down”….. Because of this , when I see an extended closed ride, I will have to check it against the Disneyland app.

Overview and Planning
This is a great app for checking out crown levels before entering the park. Also for planning purposes for future trips. It also is a quick way to check the menus of various eating venues, great app!

When is there an update???
I got this app thinking it would provide current information but it’s January and there are still menu items from Halloween on it. None of the Christmas items my friends mentioned are on it. If it hasn’t had an update in 3 months how useful is it really?
Won’t even open.
Wouldn’t even open (despite installation and appropriate specs). Shows black screen.
Text too small
Most text is too small for me to read on iPhone 13 Pro Max.
I have a vision problem and require larger text.
I get the largest iphone screen possible. To go with the large screen, the best apps utilize Text Size in Accessibility Settings, have their own text size setting or allow pinch to zoom.
Your app has none of these.
I literally must use a magnifying glass to read screens in this app.

Very good.
Disappointing- Lacks Accuracy
Just returned from Disneyland a week ago. The app had several inaccurate wait times, it showed the Haunted Mansion was closed for a day and it wasn’t even shut down for a minute. Disneyland is the best app, you can manage your tickets and reservations, the virtual queue and mobile food orders very easily. I would not spend money on any other app.

Best Disneyland App
It actually works right, it’s polished, has a nice interface, an excellent Apple Watch app…
Besides wait times, it has extensive restaurant menus too.
Its the best one I’ve used and the developers have maintained and updated it for years. I’ve used the app for many years. Good job!

Great app! But one complaint.
This is a really great app, but you shouldn’t have to get a premium subscription to see where the bathroom is. I have a kid and she needs to use the bathroom a lot so this app is not very helpful with that. Besides that this app is Amazing!

Paid for app and it did not work Arvin’s phones a d Apple Watch. Wish I could get me $12.00 back.
