This app and device doesn't quite work as well as I expected. The touch sensitive area isn't very sensitive at all. Every body is a different shape and that touch area should be larger for a more accurate reading. I have to hold it at a certain spot in order for the device to work with the app. I like the idea of this tool to help women strengthen their PC muscles but this one needs a little improving.

Could be better
Needs a lot of improvement. Coach voice boring and monotonous, asked for Bluetooth which it doesn't recognise when it's on. Better app are there, this is no competition.

I'm enjoying this app as a pregnancy kegels tool, it reminds me to do the exercises three times a day and has a pleasant operating system.
The areas for improvement are: It asks you to connect the device via Bluetooth to access all sorts of features but does not recognise when my Bluetooth is on.
In order to 'earn' the pregnancy programme (or any other programme) you need to do 20 days of the beginner exercises which are slow, easy and get a bit boring.
You have three reminders a day but you only earn beans from the first time you do it, it'd be good to have the added incentive to do the exercises 3 times a day. Because of this I have found myself getting lazy and just doing the minimum to get through the 20 day beginners set before I can start properly.
The voice instruction starts to get annoying after a while, she says the same thing every time and it is not possible to do discretely unless you use vibration mode.
It has a lot of potential and hopefully there will be improvements soon.
Update: I reached my 20 days and switched to the pregnancy version. So disappointed that it is EXACTLY the same as the regular one. The exercises and the vocal instruction don't change in the slightest, they just add one extra squeeze, and it started to get really monotonous. I eventually tried another app that has a lot more variety and no spoken direction and have deleted this one. I hope this app takes on the feedback, it has potential.

This is a great idea but at present 27.09.15 the app keeps crashing when you try to connect the devise

Good idea, terrible implementation
This app has a cute audio/visual interface that guides you through reps. You can earn badges for achievements, and 'beans' which you can (theoretically) use to buy more advanced training levels.
EXCEPT -- the app keeps on losing data. I was two days away from 'leveling up' and then its records changed and I was 9 days away. Frustrated, I kept with it. Yesterday I'd worked my way back to 3 days away... And today it's lost more data and I'm rolled back to 7 days. It's like Sisyphus in Hades, never able to roll the boulder to the top of the goshdarn hill.
App support has been unresponsive.
I understand that they want you to feel you've 'earned' advanced levels, but disallowing progress (especially with this glitch) is highly annoying. You can't choose your level, you can't advance faster by using it multiple times / day... Basically you're stuck.
This app is designed to go with a mechanical training device -- and I'm very glad I didn't waste my money on that.
My advice is to look elsewhere, at least until the major issues with this app are fixed.
