Just downloaded the app - you get a lot of your PC dashboard to review but that’s about it. You cannot compose a campaign

Missing THE core feature
Somehow, this app is missing the only feature that actually matters… Drafting new emails. The analytics and reporting are nice touches but not really all that important.
I’m stuck using Safari and dealing with a terrible user interface that’s not optimized for mobile. Please add this vital feature.

Terrible application
I have been trying to create my account for more than half an hour, and even saying that it is my first Newsletter; they insist that I say from where (I get permission to collect the emails of my subscribers). If I tell you that it is my first newsletter, then where am I going to get that information from... for God's sake make your app more functional, I can't give you a piece of information that doesn't exist.
Anyway, I think I'll have to look for another alternative, because they have already spoiled my day.

Although I really like ML, the app it’s just basic.
Such a shame you can’t do from the app what you do on a computer. I use ML regularly for work and really like it but was very disappointed when I realised that the app is not really useful.
I had a scheduled campaign and needed to edit. So went on my app to make some adjustments. After editing, I was not able to reschedule my campaign. The function is there but it’s not working.
So for me, the only benefit of the app is that I can cancel scheduled campaigns but can’t send them afterwards unless I go on a computer. Not very bright 🧐

Unable to do same as computer version
We have the computer version and sadly I’ve downloaded this version also thinking…..cool I can write emails whilst on the run out of the office…..nope….can monitor emails I’ve sent but unable to make a new email. Unless there is something I’m missing here?
Didn’t Keep Their Promise! App Still Doesn’t Work!
I left a review in 2020 stating they should update their app to include email campaign creation on mobile in the app. They responded that it was on their list for 2021. Now it’s the end of 2021 and still nothing. When they update the app to include campaign creation from mobile I’ll raise my star levels.

Mailerlite Cares About Customers
I just started using MailerLite yesterday and really like it. I find it a superior user experience to MailChimp. Their customer service is superlative. The app didn’t work for me at first, but they helped. We’re not sure why it didn’t work at first, but it’s running fine now. It shows everything you need to know about your campaigns.
At the moment, you can’t build a campaign in the app. Mailchimp lets you do that, but their implementation is terrible. Mailerlite says they’ll be adding that feature next year. Based on how well their website handles, I’m sure it will be worth the wait.

I so love MailerLite! I can’t say enough things about this EMS and all of the new features.
Web version is much easier to use
The app lags behind the website. Data available on the website is live in real time, but the app doesn’t appear to update as quickly - which is pretty critical if you’re looking for real-time updates on email campaigns. Additionally, the search functionality on the app is terrible (but maybe I’m the only one experiencing that because I haven’t seen other complaints). I’ll search for a contact that I know is in my subscriber list, and what comes back is the entire list of subscribers - not that single subscriber. Pretty frustrating.

App Perfection!
This app does everything you need in a central place. You can see all of the important campaign and mail elements while on the move, including automations! We are surprised AND. Delighted, but really, the desktop experience is flawless so that level of excellence carries over to this great app. Thanks.

Amazing Email Client AND App
I don’t usually write reviews for apps, but when I saw how few reviews this one has, I knew I had to throw in my two cents.
For the longest time, I thought my options were either MailChimp or Convertkit, and I went with MailChimp. But I quickly realized I didn’t like MailChimp very much—it was complicated, and they didn’t have enough options.
But when I discovered MailerLite and heard good things about it, I immediately switched over, and I’ve never looked back. The interface is so simple and amazing, and the options really are limitless. The app is just as easy to use, and now I genuinely love to email my subscribers! I would highly recommend MailerLite, and I couldn’t be happier with it. 💛

Very broken app
Mailerlite as a platform is great, no complaints there...but the app is trash. It rarely ever loads up, and when it does it's bound to freeze up and then will get stuck on the loading screen again when you restart it.
Exceptional email platform!
This app is just another reason MailerLite is a cut above other email platforms. Clean user interface and doesn’t try to do too much. I can’t wait to use the tool more to grow my list and my business!
