Upgrade labels
These are very strange labels. They are not waterproof. You can’t use them in the kitchen or bathroom. The ink fades rather quickly. The machine is great. The label quality is awful.

Ich war immer zufrieden mit der App und habe easy Etiketten erstellt. Aber nun koppelt sich die App nicht mehr mit dem Gerät (IOS 26...) und ist somit unbrauchbar!

Sencillo y funcional
Funciona sin problema desde iPhone. (Hay q permitir q la app busque dispositivos Bluetooth, cuando preguntan al principio)

1年前(2025.1月)は使えてたのに1年後、2026年1月現在再び必要になり、電源を入れなおしたりダウンロードし直したりしても起動されません。残念。

Pas parfait mais efficace
L’app est bien utile. Il vient de m’arriver qu’elle ne détectait plus l’imprimante. Une simple réinstallation de l’app a tout résolu : ce serait bien. De l’indiquer dans le dépannage
お気に入りのフォント消えた。
テープが切れてしばらく使えなかったが、先日ようやっと購入して久しぶりに使ってみたら、気に入ってたフォントがいつの間にか消えてる。フォント減った？？？そのフォントを使った履歴から行けば使えるものの、フォントの選択の中にはなくなった。戻して欲しい。

This is an amazing product. Highly recommended labels are not waterproof, but I would highly recommend this. I’m very happy with my purchase.
Fonts
You've changed all the font names to make id life and you've gotten rid of the typewriter the font, the only one i use. Please allow to import fonts or bring back the typewriter font. seems insane not to have it when you sell a printer that LOOKS LIKE A TYPEWRITER...everything I've labeled used the same font now things are different. So frustrating.

Funktioniert nicht
Ich habe Dörner nach dem Kauf den Printer ein paar mal benutzt und dann ein paar Monate nicht gebraucht. Als ich es wieder benutzen wollte verbindet sich das Gerät nicht mehr mit der App. Völliger Schrott. Also ca. 20€ für 10 Etiketten ausgegeben.

再起動等をかけても接続ができず使用ができない。

Mittlerweile stürzt diese App nur noch. Bekomme ein Druck nicht mehr ausgeführt. Bitte fixt das!

No Search Option
I use label makers a lot and bought this one to try it out. The printer works ok, but sometimes the label doesn’t come out looking clean and has to be reprinted. The App is really lacking a Search function. Scrolling through hundreds of previous history entries to find a previous label is a big reason to not buy this one. Please fix!

Stürzt mit iOS 26 ab
Bisher machte die App, was sie sollte. Sie druckte Etiketten. Seit iOS 26 stürzt die App leider beim Erstellen und speichern eines neuen Etiketts ab. Man kommt auf diese Weise auch nicht mehr zum Druckvorgang, der mit zuvor gespeicherten Etiketten aber noch funktioniert.
App Crashes
I've been using this app for a couple of years and while it was never mind-blowing, it did the job. Lately, the app started crashing whenever I hit print, so I'm simply unable to use it. It also automatically minimized all fonts I had in pre-saved designs, not that I can print them anymore. And yes, I have updated it.
