Worst taxi service

The local area only supports this service so you have to use it if you want a taxi! We waited over 45 minutes to finally go 1 in the queue only to have the app set us back to 13 again! Waiting in the baking hart with a tired over heated 3 year old! Not impressed

Bin eigentlich kein Freund von App‘s aber die App ist wirklich super, hat immer super geklappt und länger als 10 Minuten mussten wir nie warten. Also absolut empfehlenswert 👍

Useless

Couldn’t find me a cab. Absolutely useless. A lot of work to be done by the team on this app, or it’s a lost cause unfortunately!

Driver cancelled and then my account gets disabled? Not cool. Total amateur application, with nonexistent service. Do better.

Lost my flight

I reserved a 7:50 taxi to the airport and it was successfully reserved but it never arrived! Contacted their customer service never replied even though I told them it was urgent. Had to wait 30min for another taxi and lost my flight. Please avoid using this app is a waste of time and gives unnecessary headaches

Could not use

It worked okey till the last step. I selected destination on the map, it showed the correct route, but then it said “can’t go there”, select custom destination, with no way to do so.

Next to useless for booking a taxi on the street

The problem is the local taxi regulations rather than the app itself. The regs won't let you book a cab if you're near a taxi rank even if that rank doesn't have any cabs on it and won't have for a long time. However, as a user I found it to be unusable for booking a cab on the street. The solution seems to be to go to a nearby hotel and ask them to call a cab. I feel sorry for the app owners who have to comply with regs from a very different era

Cancelled trip for no reason

Was waiting for an hour in queue, and the trip just ‘expired’ and made us rejoin the queue so it’s ruined our plans for the day and cost us more money while bringing abroad.

Poorly Made App

I could not even get past the booking screen. Due to a poorly coded airport pickup screen, the app wouldn’t recognize my flight info and required an arrival time but did not provide the space to enter one. Really bad.

Zero stars !

Waited 2 hours this morning then booking cancelled and we missed our trip! Absolutely furious! Every trip we have taken has cost more than quoted too ! Shocking

Nicht zu empfehlen

Die App oder, die die dahinterstecken, sind total unzuverlässig. Eine Bestellung eines Taxis drei Stunden vorher hat nicht funktioniert. Sekt sehr nervig, wenn man ein Taxi benötigt und bestellt hat.

App is very confusing..

1st time booker. Once I’d ordered my cab it was unclear whether the driver was actually on his way. It said trip completed / leave a review before the cab had even arrived which was very stressful. I made alternate arrangements as it was unclear whether my booking was actually ongoing. Wouldn’t recommend

App is fantastic, drivers come within minutes, not had a problem on our stay around alcudia, would definitely recommend and use again when on the island
