I generated otp for my new password that time ot is going to home Page and for generatiog OTP also its is asking for customer id it can’t generate on registered mobile number 😡😡😡😡😡

Frustratingly Unprofessional Mannapuraum Gold Loan, Noida Branch

My recent encounter with Mannapuraum Gold Loan's Noida branch was an absolute disgrace. The employees' unprofessional and indifferent behavior left me seething with anger. From their casual attitude to their lack of interest in addressing my concerns, every aspect of my interaction with them was infuriating. It's unacceptable that a company entrusted with financial matters can treat its customers with such disdain. Mannapuraum Gold Loan's Noida branch needs a serious wake-up call if they ever hope to regain the trust and respect of their customers.

Since 6 months bloody IT team and management team not able to solve issue .: called many times , not able to make any transactions from app , called many times , uneducated staff , useless management
