Wifi terrible!
This app was very disappointing, so much time wasted with no wifi, missed show times. Go back to the paper maps with schedules and staff to actually help people.
Well executed and invaluable
Excellent app for anyone exploring the wildlife reserve. The map was very helpful when needed and we wish we had checked the times for talks via the app as they require advance booking, which we didn’t realise until we got there and missed out. Had we checked the app we’d have booked in advance. In short use this app.

Tickets cannot be purchased
Tried five different credit cards and Apple Pay including Mastercard, visa, Amex and same in Apple Pay. Will not accept payment. Even called Chase to clear card for this transaction. Still won’t take my payment. 12 attempts

Really impressive app, great map and park relevant information. I wasn’t getting any notifications for upcoming ‘events’, despite notifications being enabled. 4/5 because of the notifications issue
