What’s up support doesn’t accept email used in the app. So this support channel is useless

The app is simple and easy to use. It would just be great if each style would have the actual measurements indicated and the size the model is wearing plus the height of the model. This is not visible in the app. Only in the browser

I made online purchases two times they got declined and then when I asked to refund the money you took extra on the purchases and didn’t pay them back

I really like the quality and style of MANGO’s clothing, which is why I continue to shop with the brand. However, there are a few areas where I believe the customer experience could be improved.
The biggest issue for me is the delivery time. I placed my order on Friday the 19th, and 9 days later I still haven’t received it. Waiting over a week for an order feels far too long, especially when many other retailers offer much faster delivery. As I have no choice but to shop online, this makes the experience even more frustrating.
I would also like to see MANGO become more size-inclusive in stores. My local store doesn’t stock XXS (2XS), so I’m unable to buy my size in person and have to rely on online orders. Offering the full size range in stores would make shopping much more accessible for customers like me.
Finally, I think the sizing could be more consistent. Sometimes even the smallest size available still feels too big or loose in certain areas. More accurate sizing would make online shopping much easier and reduce the need for returns.
Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of MANGO’s clothing and will continue to shop with the brand. I hope you’ll consider improving delivery times, making sizing more consistent, and offering the full size range in stores, as these changes would greatly improve the customer experience.
