Clunky
Clunky app. Very clunky checkout process. Very bad on mobile, maybe it’s better on a laptop but it’s 2026 so needs to be great and easy experience on mobile. Clothes are great is the good news. Quick responses from customer service but not always helpful. Lots of potential with this brand but I’ll look elsewhere for now until the experience is better

I love love Manière De Voir, I have purchased so many clothes from this brand. They’re absolute beautiful timeless pieces and at such an affordable price. Stunning clothes that I adore!
Cart issues
I’ve never not had checkout issues with this app. Every time I hit checkout securely it takes me to a different page on the app, even tries to open x. And when I log in on a browser my cart doesn’t carry over.

I’ve been purchasing from this design store for many years, and they never disappoint. The quality is always excellent, the designs are beautiful and unique, and the customer service is consistently professional and helpful. Doesn’t work
Doesn’t work. Hasn’t worked for months! Just keep getting a white a screen. Have to use the website. Text is very small. Have to take pictures and zoom in in see anything! Can’t zoom in otherwise! Sort this out!

App not working?
Hi so I love your guys clothing! But it seems the app doesn’t work for me. Once I installed it, it was working fine once I exited out and tried to load the app again it jst keeps loading and doesn’t fully load. So nothing shows. And I’ll really prefer using the app instead of going through the online website every now and so.

Terrible App
Using this app is very frustrating. Everytime i try to save or update my information in the app (address, country, etc) it logs me out without saving the information and requires I sign back in.

Bugs
I have had the app for 3 years now and it seemed fine…recently it had been going crazy and I cannot place an order. 1) The default location is UK, when I change to US it automatically logs me out of my account…Why? 2) Font and coloring is super inconvenient, you cannot see the text and type in , I tried updating my address but that section was so small i couldn’t see the letters, I gave up. I understand everything is done for the aesthetic but that thin font in brown on white - is not convenient! 3) trying to input a date for a gift card, whatever I tried (future date) it kept going to the default (today’s date) so Had to do that . please fix you app - this is super annoying

Every week there's a new update for an app that rarely ever works like give it up already!!!!
App has been broken for years
Terrible app. Rarely works, either a blank screen or you can’t do anything on the app. Shame bc the store is quality
Disappointing
After about a month of it working fine the app now opens to a blank screen. The website is worse. To get more information about sales or events, you have to open the [broken] app so it’s all useless. Too bad. I have about 5 pieces from this company and would love to purchase more but I can’t. And to try and figure out how is not worth the hassle or my time.

Poor user experience
The app is rarely working properly which makes it frustrating to shop. Currently, I can’t access the site because there is some pop up that does not allow you to view or click other options.
